I've yet to find the perfect instant pot cornbread recipe; i have trouble getting it cooked in the middle so that it isn't all mush.

Spruce Eats Instant Pot Cornbread I've gotten this closer by bumping the cooking time to 60m, but even then the last one was mush in the middle. Going to try with a bundt pan.
